exploring müggelseedamm

Ich wüsste ja gern mal, warum ich immer so schnell vergesse, dass es in und um Berlin rum so viel schicke Gegend gibt. Die Stadt an sich ist schon ziemlich grün und oft hat man in wenigen Stationen ein Ziel erreicht, dass einen glauben lässt, man wäre irgendwo im Nirgendwo. Solange es das Wetter zulässt, muss das erkundet werden! Also schlugen wir uns durch den Wald am Müggelseedamm entlang an der Spree gen Müggelsee. Ich und Wasser - das ist große Liebe. Vielleicht wird's ja doch noch mal was mit mir und Berlin...

I really would like to know why i tend to forget how green Berlin is all the time. Inside the city there's already so much of it and when you hop on a train for only a few stations you often find yourself in areas that make you forget you're still in the city at all. As long as the weather permits it i need to explore more of it! That's why we walked through the woods along Müggelseedamm at the river Spree towards the Müggelsee (lake). Me and water - that's the real deal, big love. Maybe i could get used to living in Berlin after all...
