We'll take a break with our little Cologne trip today because all the walking made me hungry and we'll grab a bite in Berlin...
Now you're gonna see (or maybe not?!) that i had to give back the nice camera that i was using for more than six months now (thx, in-laws!) and that i am back to my simple mini-camera. Until i have decided for a nicer bigger more awesome model (ideas welcome!) you have to live with a lesser quality of my photos. Oups! Weren't we supposed to talk about food?!

In France i tasted the special food that immigrants from North Africa brought with them for the first time and my in-laws really like it. It's not too easy to find the same experience in Germany now. Except when you're living in Berlin maybe. Anyway, we wer happy to stumble upon "Le Marrakesh"!
I can't really decide and just go for a couscous meal while Arnaud chooses a Tajine. You could speak with the owner in French if you wanted to btw...the tea is already quite something. I really like those typical mint teas.
Our order seems to take its time but it's quite cozy here and it looks like they've just started business for the day. With another couple we're the only guests. Well, that's what happens when you go out for lunch.
Slowly we're getting really hungry which we notice is a good thing as our meal arrives - it looks like a lot. The vegetables are wonderfully soft but not overcooked - a good reason to wait. When the couscous feels a little too dry i ask for extra sauce which they bring without trouble. Our waiter reall wants to know if and how we like everything.
Maybe the interior looks a little clichée (i am not sure but i think it's rather cute), maybe you wait a little long and maybe it's a little expensive (for Berlin standards)... the food is fresh and tasty, the service is friendly and we really liked it there.
