Die Franzosen und der Müll. Das ist schon so eine Sache. Während man das direkt in der Innenstadt wohl nicht findet, gibt es diese Ansichten doch in einzelnen Vierteln und zunehmend mehr "nach außen". Jeden Abend stellen die Läden ihren Müll auf die Straße (Kartons etc.) und sonntags machen das alle anderen dann auch. Jede Woche ist hier sozusagen Sperrmüll. Das "Sammlerherz" freut's, denn obwohl ich mir noch nie etwas mitgenommen habe, ist es spannend die Berge zu betrachten. Manchmal artet es aber aus... besonders, wenn ein paar Leute eifrig am Wühlen waren... nicht schön.

The French and the garbage. That is quite something. While you would not see this in the inner city you might find those views in some quarters and increasingly the closer you get to the suburbs. Every night the shops put their garbage on the streets (boxes etc.) and every sunday all the others do the same. If you´re a collector you can be kind of happy because, although i never took anything home with me, it is quite interesting to watch all those things. Sometimes it is too much though... especially when some people have been busy digging... not nice.
