caverne a fripes

Während eines Spaziergangs durch (oder über?) Montmartre fielen Sarah und mir ein paar Kleidungsstücke auf, die der Wind auf die Straße (18. arr. - Rue Houdon) gefegt hatte. Wir überlegten kurz und Sarah hob dann einfach die Bügel auf... denn ein Blick auf das Schild über der Tür verkündete uns, dass wir soeben einen kleinen SecondHand-Shop gefunden hatten.

Hier lässt es sich gut stöbern, auch wenn man mehr Kostüme für den nächsten Karneval finden kann, als Kleidungsstücke, die man tatsächlich tragen kann... vielleicht liegt die Einschätzung auch nur daran, dass ich so gar nicht in Jägerlaune war. Besonders die Schuhe und Taschen lassen sich sehen... die Preise sind angemessen und der Besitzer nervt einen nicht, während man stöbert.

During a stroll through Montmartre Sarah and i saw some pieces of clothing that the wind seemed to have put on the street (18. arr. - rue Houdon). We thought for a second and then Sarah just picked up the hangers... because the sign above the little door was telling us that we just discovered a small second-hand shop.

One can really enjoy to dive through all the clothes, although you are more likely to find something for the next costume party than finding something you might actually wear... maybe my judgement was a bit influenced by the fact that i was not really in a "hunting mood". Especially the shoes and bags are worth having a look... the prices are reasonable and the owner leaves you alone while you are rummaging through the clothes.
