"stadt, land, food" & markthalle ix kreuzberg

Am letzten Wochenende wurde die Berliner Food Week mit der Veranstaltung "Stadt Land Food" rund um die Markthalle IX in Kreuzberg eingeläutet. Weil ich mich als kleiner Vielfraß (ihr könnt euch gar nicht vorstellen, wie viele Restaurant-Reviews noch in meiner Postliste warten!) natürlich für alles interessiere, was mit Essen zu tun hat, musste ich diesem Event mal einen Besuch abstatten. Netterweise waren die Stände sehr hübsch dekoriert, sodass sich die Fotografen um schöne Motive scharrten (oft scharrten sie mich dann auch aus dem Weg).

Auch ohne dieses Festival für gutes Essen ist die Markthalle in Kreuzberg einen Besuch wert. Schwierig wird es erst, wenn man sich entscheiden muss, was man denn nun isst und trinkt. Ich scheitere daran oft und suche mir gern etwas ruhigeres zum Essen. 

Last weekend the Berlin Food Week kicked off with the event "Stadt Land Food" around Markthalle IX in Kreuzberg. As i love eating (you can't even imagine how many restaurant reviews are still waiting for you!) and am interested in everything that deals with the topic i just had to visit this food festival. Everything was so nicely decorated that photographers were hovering around the nicest motifs (sometimes shoving me out of the way).
Markthalle IX is worth a visit also without an event like that going on. It is challenging to decide what exactly you want to drink and eat. I have to admit that i ususally give up and look for a quieter spot.
